2004年3月16日，第10亿瓶在Åhus的生产线产出。
2005年12月15日，9百万9升箱被生产出来。
2006年10月，月生产纪录9153000升。
2006年12月5日，当年的第1亿瓶Absolut Vodka被生产出来。
2007年1月，连续12个月的产量首次突破1千万9升箱（自2006年2月起）。
9升箱（9-liter case），Absolut Vodka的计算产量方式，如750ml瓶，12瓶一箱，刚好可称为9升箱，其余容量的多为约数。

The 1,000,000,000th bottle of ABSOLUT left Åhus today

The success story continues for one of Sweden’s biggest export sensations.

Today, Tuesday 16 March at 10:30 a.m., V&S Absolut Spirits received additional confirmation of the brand’s success when the 1,000,000,000th bottle of ABSOLUT, crowned with a golden cap, left the Åhus plant.

“Since the first bottle was shipped to the US in 1979, a billion bottles have left the plant. That’s an incredible figure! If you put all those bottles in a line, they would circle the earth – two times,” said Krister Asplund, Vice President of Manufacturing at V&S Absolut Spirits.
To make room for the cases of ABSOLUT bottles produced to this day would require an area equal to 1,889 soccer fields. Every day 450,000 new bottles are produced in Åhus.
“The fact that every drop of ABSOLUT is made in Åhus in southern Sweden, using our vodka-making expertise, winter wheat from the neighboring fields and water from our own deep well, guarantees that every drop of ABSOLUT is of the highest quality. ABSOLUT is sold in 126 markets and regardless of in which market you buy your bottle of ABSOLUT, the source is always the same – Åhus,” added Krister Asplund.

Last year, shipments of ABSOLUT increased with 7.7 percent, reaching 72.5 million liters. According to the American market analysis company and trade publication Impact’s list of the world’s largest spirits brands, ABSOLUT has strengthened its position as the world’s third largest international spirits brands and put more distance between itself and fourth place.

The 100,000,000th bottle of ABSOLUT VODKA bottled today

Another milestone in the success for ABSOLUT VODKA has been passed today at V&S Absolut Spirits’ plant in Åhus. This year’s 100,000,000th bottle of ABSOLUT VODKA was bottled today at 10.45 a.m. That’s about as much as the total produced in the first nine years, 1979 – 1988, of the plant’s existence put together. It is also the first time since the start in 1979 that more than 100 million bottles have been produced in a single year.

“ABSOLUT VODKA is counting its successes, with growing market shares in the US and the rest of the world. Today’s 100 millionth ABSOLUT VODKA bottle is proof that our efforts to concentrate on focus markets, raise the pace of product development and introduce new marketing communication have paid off beyond expectations,” says Ketil Eriksen, President, V&S Absolut Spirits business area.

It looks as if 2006 will be another record year in the production of ABSOLUT VODKA and Level Vodka. Last year, over nine million 9-liter cases were produced at the plant in Åhus, a record that has already been broken this year. To mark the milestone, the 100 millionth bottle is fitted with a silver plate that reads, “Bottle No 100 000 000.” Placed next to each other these 100 million bottles will cover an area equal to 108 soccer fields.

“When we sum up 2006, we will have beaten all previous production records in Åhus and Nöbbelöv. Our plants have increased capacity with the large investments that have been implemented and will continue to increase even more next year,” says Krister Asplund, Vice President, Manufacturing, V&S Absolut Spirits.

When the new bottling plant opens next year, bottling capacity will increase by an additional 22 million liters of vodka a year. During the past five years, V&S Group has invested a total of approximately SEK 900 million in the plants in Åhus and Nöbbelöv.

Production records have been broken on a regular basis at the plant in Åhus lately. At the end of January and beginning of February it was time again, but now ABSOLUT has surpassed a symbolically significant boundary – 10 million 9-liter cases in 12 consecutive months. The total production equaled an incredible 10,026,000 9-liter cases, which is the equivalent of about 90 million liters for the period February 2006 – January 2007.

In the past 12 months more vodka has been produced at the plant than in 1979 – 1987.
“Today’s production record is another confirmation that ABSOLUT VODKA is appreciated by consumers around the world, on the American market as well as the other focus markets. With the pace of growth V&S Absolut Spirits is keeping, the next dream boundary is in clear sight – 100 million liters in 12 months. The export success for ABSOLUT VODKA leads to more employment opportunities in Åhus and at our subcontractors, such as the glassworks in Limmared. We estimate that approximately 1500-2000 people in Sweden work to make ABSOLUT VODKA a success. Everyone from farmers to label manufactures,” says Ketil Eriksen, President V&S Absolut Spirits.
Last week the annual results were presented for V&S Absolut Spirits and showed that ABSOLUT VODKA broke sales records in 2006. Sales of ABSOLUT VODKA increased with as much as 7 percent in 2006. The volume for the entire business area increased with 13 percent. The total turnover for the business area increased with 9 percent to 5 882 MSEK. The result for V&S Absolut Spirits increased with 9 percent to 1.9 MSEK.

ABSOLUT VODKA is growing by double-digit percentages on most of the twelve focus markets. In Mexico sales of the vodka from southern Sweden grew with 33 percent, in the United Kingdom with 23 percent, in Canada with 17 percent and in Germany with 11 percent. Even the Swedish market is showing a sales increase for the first time in several years.

“We are very pleased with the results for 2006. All products in our portfolio show fantastic sales results. We are especially proud that our other brands, such as Level Vodka and the new acquisition Cruzan Rum, are also showing strong growth. In 2006 Level Vodka grew with 29 percent and is now the third largest super-premium vodka in the US,” says Ketil Eriksen.

此1986年美国限量推出的瓶身目前还可以拍卖网站上看到，具体的数量无据可查，采用750ml原味瓶，同样的印刷工艺，但是徽章采用了金质的立体浮雕，瓶盖也是纯金铸成。
鉴于这个对当时经销商Carillon的感谢性质，我认为总量不会太少。
不过，由于年代久远，目前已经属于罕有藏品，在国外拍卖网站还时有见到。
